AFM are committed to supporting our local communities across the Channel Islands. We have dedicated Community Support Committees in both Guernsey and Jersey. The committees meet regularly to discuss support and fundraising ideas for our chosen charity and also consider other charity support initiatives.
Following an internal section process, a charity is chosen for AFM to partner each the year within Guernsey and Jersey. The chosen charity will receive donations raised through various fundraising schemes conducted throughout the year. Some of the recent fundraising initiatives we have undertaken in the last year include a charity weight loss challenge, dress down days, cake sales, Christmas raffle and property upgrades where required.
Where possible we will also offer support by volunteering our building services expertise, assisting with the purchase of equipment and raising the profile of the charity within our local community.
To apply you must be a member of the Association of Guernsey / Jersey Charities and you must support people, animals or activity in your Island. All applications will be considered and the closing date is Friday 10th December 2021.

Our staff are wanting to be actively supporting your charity, please could you write if you have any activities where we are able to participate – ie events, flag days, bag packs etc
We raise money throughout the year in our office through fundraising activities such as dress down days, cake sales etc, do you have anything specific that we could support with these activities, for example the purchase of equipment or supporting an activity?
We are keen to support your charity with practical help. We employ a variety of skilled tradesmen and using their specialist skills and the willingness of the staff as volunteers, do you have any specific projects that we could support?
