The Co-Op has agreed a long-term deal with AFM to provide a number of hard services across the Channel Islands portfolio of warehouses, shops and housing.
AFM have worked very closely with Co-Op’s internal procurement and FM teams to create a cost-effective and efficient solution to deliver a number of FM services, initially in Guernsey and more recently in Jersey. Co-Op’s FM Manager, Hugh Jones, said “The Channel Islands Co-operative Society engaged the services of AFM in June 2014 to carry out the PPM schedules under all of our retail and non-retail sites across both islands, as well as managing our specialist contractors and assisting with reactive works.

The addition of a dedicated Client Relationship Manager means that we have just one point of contact to make communication smooth and effective”.
