Niall McClure our operations director in Jersey spent a day out with one of our engineers, David Conboy, undertaking water temperature testing at a corporate client's flagship building on the Esplanade in St Helier.
These are important tests and form part of our Legionella prevention responsibilities that we have for a large number of our clients. Our work helps to ensure that the client is statutorily compliant, and more importantly, looking after the well being of its employees and other users of it's building.
Niall aslo went onto the roof space to check the fuel levels in the standby generator.
Accompanying Dave allowed Niall to get a much greater understanding of the day-to-day activities of our engineers and also allowed him to make some general observations whilst on site, which were reported back to the client.
