Kayleigh Harley joined AFM Guernsey in September 2016 to fulfil the role of Service Desk Administrator in our Service Desk Team, however at the start 2018 Kayleigh expressed her interest in becoming a Painter & Decorator and asked whether this could be possible.

It was agreed that Kayleigh would complete a number of works experience days, allowing first-hand experience of what the role would entail. This exercise cemented the desire to join the Building Fabric Team on a permanent basis, with Kayleigh recently taking the position of Painting & Decorating Apprentice.

Kayleigh will be attending the College of Further Education Apprenticeship scheme from September 2018.
