AFM are pleased to announce that Liz Pang has recently joined our Soft Services team as Soft Services Coordinator based in Guernsey.
Liz spent the last few years in recruitment and acquired excellent people-skills which will be of great benefit to AFM in the role that she will be undertaking.
Liz chose AFM as her next career move because she enjoys working for larger organisations. Liz also recognised that with the continual growth of our business, it was a valuable opportunity for her to develop her skills and look towards a career development programme in the future. Liz thrives on delivering excellent customer service and solving problems to create efficiencies. She also has admitted that with her (mild) OCD this might come in handy in her new role, as she tries to reconcile work quantity with quality. She is also a keen baker so no doubt the team will soon be benefitting from her culinary skills.
Stuart Cranmer who heads up our Soft Services Division commented: “Liz brings with her a multitude of skills which will be put to the test in the role she has been assigned. She has a positive, can-do attitude which will be instilled amongst the team and we are confident that she will prove to be a valuable asset in a very short time”.
With the multi-racial workforce, this has also presented Liz with the opportunity to exercise her language skills and also utilise her ability to interact with people at all levels, both internally, across the board and via our extensive client network.
