AFM are pleased to announce that Mark Couchman (ex Dantek) will be joining us as a Senior Compliance Manager to bolster our compliance service provision across the Channel Islands.  Mark joins the business on 4th September 2017.

This is a strategic appointment for AFM as we aim to become the leading building compliance services provider. No-one else in the islands will have the specialist knowledge that the 25 years' experience Mark brings with him.  This newly created role shows our commitment to our clients, by further expanding our services and cementing our position as the most experienced and comprehensive facilities management provider in the Channel Islands.

Mark's key responsibilities will encompass various compliance activities in relation to all matters regarding the built environment.  He will be instrumental in surveying commercial and domestic properties, healthcare facilities, hospitals and schools.  Mark will also be working very closely with AFM's project managers, and plumbing and electrical managers to ensure all system planning, installations and rectifications are completed in a compliant manner.

His relocation to the islands is something that Mark and his family are extremely excited about.  Mark has been working very closely with AFM over the past few years, on compliance matters and has already built a strong working relationship with the AFM teams on both islands, together with our client base.  The fact that AFM have been successfully trading for over 50 years and its reputation in the marketplace, were instrumental in his decision to join the business.
