We utilise the latest Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) software to monitor your systems and build up a preventative maintenance programme that gives you peace of mind: day and night.

In order to service our clients efficiently, a dedicated local Service Desk team is employed within AFM to ensure all reactive and emergency calls are dealt with efficiently.

Our local team are on callout 24/7, 7 days a week and with our local presence and knowledge, we can provide a high quality service. The call out team will provide a rapid response to all mechanical, electrical and fabric elements of your building.

The CAFM software system allows Landlords and Agents to view the current reactive and planned maintenance activity associated with the building, alongside tracking the number and type of calls logged.
