AFM is a leading Channel Islands based facilities management and building services provider trading for over 50 years.

The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for delivering a full range of professional HR services ensuring delivery is aligned to local regulatory and commercial best practice and the AFM and Garenne Group policy framework. You will also be expected to develop strategies with senior management to improve business performance and deliver change across a diverse group of stakeholders.

The ideal candidate could be based in either Jersey or Guernsey (subject to a willingness to travel), will be CIPD qualified to Level 7 or equivalent and have a full understanding of HR functions and best practice in both Guernsey and Jersey.
