Amalgamated Facilities Management Ltd is currently recruiting for a Finance Support member to join our busy Finance team in Guernsey. The role will predominately involve providing support to the Guernsey Finance team but there will be times where the Jersey team will require additional support.

The successful candidate will form part of a team of 8 members of staff, working closely with the Financial Controller. The work will involve:
• Assisting in the preparation of the Monthly Management accounts and Yearend Financial accounts.
• Supporting the existing Financial team members with day to day technical issues
• Assist the Financial Controller in providing financial support to the rest of the business

This role would suit someone with a can do attitude who is looking for a varied role within a finance team with a hands on approach.

Fire alarm testing
CCTV monitoring
Other reception duties when required

This role will require a candidate who is computer literate (confident with emails & Microsoft Word) and is able to work flexible hours in order to cover staff holidays, lunches & sickness.
