This work included creating a new client space on the ground floor with meeting rooms and servery and reconfiguring the 2nd floor office with new meeting rooms, office and kitchenette while fully occupied.

AFM worked in conjunction with a UK based fabric contractor who were directly appointed by CBRE who were the project administrators. Given our knowledge of the building being the incumbent maintenance contractor, we were able to advise the client of any works outside of the scope that were necessary or advantages while undertaking the main project.

Having to work out of hours to hit a very tight programme of 6 weeks within a live building, all works were completed on time and to budget.
