AFM were proud to assist with this years GSPCA Animal Welfare Seafront Sunday which took place on Sunday 15th May.
Karen Girdlestone our Commercial Manager borrowed one of our AFM Vans and helped with the loading and unloading of items that were used on the GSPCA stands and also helped to pack up and deliver the goods back to the GSPCA shelter after the event had finished.
Steve Byrne, GSPCA Centre Manager said: “without the help of volunteers and the use of additional vehicles, the GSPCA would struggle to get everything down to the seafront in time for the opening of this event, which plays a very important part in our fundraising calendar. We are very grateful to AFM for the use of not only their vehicle, but one of their staff members who gave up their weekend to help us with transporting our items to and from the shelter during the day”.
