It has been a very active time for AFM with new contracts and tenders.
AFM Guernsey have recently been awarded the Mechanical & Electrical contract to refurbish the existing building at NatWest House and the mechanical and electrical installation for 15 apartments within the Red Lion complex. Works have already commenced on both projects
AFM Guernsey have won the following planned preventative maintenance contracts; Deloittes; soft services, Candie Museum; Hard & Soft services, Dixcart Trust and Ladies College; Electrical Services PPM’s together with Hard Services PPM for East Clothing stores both in Guernsey and Jersey.
