Time to repurpose? As organisations large and small start to embed home working as part of the ‘new normal’, we are already seeing large multi-nationals reduce their building footprint in the Islands. This is presenting opportunity for AFM in supporting the repurposing of existing buildings to accommodate more flexible working as well as refurbish vacant buildings for alternative use.
Two great examples of this are the repurposing of Urban Kitchen in Guernsey into new office space for a growing international property management customer and in Jersey, working with UK based intermediary CBRE, we have been successful in securing a large refurbishment project for Royal Bank House in St Helier.
