Our team of highly skilled engineers were on site for approximately 3 months and working to strict guidelines, the team undertook the design, procurement, installation and commissioning of this project.

Led by George Murphy, Project Manager the remit was to provide a high specification full M&E refit within the Creasey's toy shop and Marks & Spencer kids clothing outlet in St Peter Port town centre store.

Works included:

• Full LED lighting replacement within the ground & first floor shop areas
• New VRV 4 Air Conditioning installation complete with external acoustic enclosure enclosing the outer unit
• New complete building Fire Alarm installation to a Part L1 system
• New security installation

Working in tight spaces and to tight time schedules, the works were completed and handed over to a very satisfied client.
