Jeremy Bishop, the owner of St Peter Port House, said "the devil is in the detail could not be more pertinent than when planning to completely replace the entire HVAC plant in offices with fully functioning and hard working tenants.

It did necessitate lots of careful plans to be drawn up by M & E consultants, many hours of technical discussion between AFM, our preferred contractor and Henderson Green, the consultants and some wrangling over time and cost.  But we all got there in the end".

Jeremy added "I am absolutely certain that a key feature was keeping our tenants aware and informed with the planning and involved in the detail of the implementation".
