The contract consisted of a complete refurbishment of the ground floor space fitted with a new reception and meeting suite, with the addition of a new kitchen area and toilet. The existing reception and meeting suite to the first floor offices were also demolished and the space was reverted to open plan office accommodation. An additional four offices were constructed at first floor level and the existing kitchen area on this floor was also fully refurbished.
