A complete mechanical and electrical design was carried out, to identify the required building services to meet the requirements of the client. This included:

• lighting
• power
• ventilation
• heating
• cooling 
• domestic water systems

AFM were also involved with the renovations of the disused cottage which is part of the Slaughterhouse development, and installed the M&E Services within this building.

The works were completed on time and within budget and the newest addition to the  Randall's pub and restaurant portfolio opened to the general public on 3rd April.
