The contract was awarded through Savills as the Project Administrator and was a continuation of the successful landlord fit out throughout the common areas of the whole building. Working with sub-contractors on the build and IT; AFM as main contractor completed the fit out on time and to a high standard for a very pleased client. 

The works included the creation of a comms room, boardroom, filing area, open office and kitchen with the adaptation of the newly installed Cat A M&E fit out and new services to accommodate the clients requirements.
